Theresa has been a dedicated member of the Starflex team for over ten years, celebrating her anniversary with the company this past September. With an MBA from Strayer University, she never expected to come into the metal fabrication industry, but when she got here, it just fit.
What excites Theresa most about metal fabrication is seeing ideas transform from concept to reality — from initial design to finished product. She is driven by the challenge of problem-solving, the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, and the satisfaction of contributing to the growth and success of every project she’s a part of.
Outside of her professional work, Theresa is passionate about volunteering in her community and spending time with family.
