From surface preparation via media blasting and steam washing to powder coating, Starflex’s finishing services do more than ensure an eye-pleasing end product. Powder coating helps improve the overall lifespan of the product by protecting it from the harsh elements of the environment. Powder coating provides UV protection to help maintain vibrant colors for years to come, as well as long term rust prevention. Starflex also partners with specialty platers, who offer other types of coatings, such as zinc plating.

We offer two assembly options here at Starflex Fabrication: standard assembly services and kit packing. Highly trained professionals carefully assemble products to end-use specifications, ensuring all assembly is done to our customers’ satisfaction. We also provide kit packing services for products designed for onsite assembly.
